1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Rivin's services, including our website, analytics platform, and API services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Rivin provides inventory analytics and sourcing tools that enable users to analyze sales and profitability data across e-commerce marketplaces. Our services include:

• Analysis of product data across Amazon, Walmart, and other supported platforms
• Historical price and sales volume tracking
• Bulk scanning and analysis capabilities
• API access (for eligible subscription tiers)
• Support services as defined by your subscription tier

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer various subscription tiers with different features and limitations:

• Pro Plan: Limited to 250,000 products analyzed per month
• Enterprise Plan: Up to 10+ million products analyzed per month

Payment terms are monthly, and all fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

4. Trial Period and Refunds

By default our Pro and Enterprise plans do not come with a free trial, but come with a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

• Full refund if you have used less than 25% of your monthly product analysis quota
• Refund requests must be made within the first 30 days of the subscription and are limited to the first month only

To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact our support team at emiliano@rivin.ai with your usage statistics. Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

We maintain a privacy-centric approach and do not require direct access to your seller accounts. However, we collect and process data necessary to provide our services. All data collection and usage is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using our services
• Maintain the security of their account credentials
• Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not exceed their subscription tier's usage limits
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or bypass any service limitations

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, analytics algorithms, and content, belong to Rivin. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services as permitted by their subscription tier.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rivin provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your subscription at any time, subject to the terms of your subscription plan.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
